The following Warranty applies to all products produced by The Concrete Shed.

The Concrete Shed provides a 24 month structural warranty.

During the first 24 months from the date of delivery or collection, The Concrete Shed, will repair or replace a product if it fails to maintain functional structural integrity for the intended purpose of the product solely due to a manufacturing defect. The Concrete Shed warrants that the product will be free from manufacturing defects.

Hairline cracks, cracking due to high heat, surface scratches, staining, chips, improper care, general wear, failures due to inadequate support or un-level cabinetry are not included as part of this Warranty. Products collected from our shed that are damaged during transport or show signs of damage within 4 months of collection are not included as part of our Warranty. 

Special Note: Concrete basins are poured in moulds, therefore when they are removed from the mould, they will have some pinholes or bubbles along with other voids, “character markings”, and discolouration. These are not considered manufacturing defects; rather it is a reflection of the ongoing patina of the concrete product.
