The Concrete Shed does not provide returns on custom orders. Please ensure that all measurements, colour and design specifications are correct at time of invoicing. Once product is made, we do not provide refunds or returns.

If you change your mind about concrete basins or homewares that you have purchased from us, we do not refund, but you can exchange it. However, you will need to post the product back to us without any damages. Please contact us to arrange. No exchanges or refunds, on sale items. 

The Concrete Shed is not responsible for damage to the finished product resulting in structural damage, edge chipping, surface damage, cracking or discoloration caused by heat, UV exposure, abuse and general wear & tear. The Concrete Shed is not responsible for damage due to improper care, maintenance or structural supports, including cleaning with abrasive substances.
